Service quotations
All quotations are provided following a site walkthrough and remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Scope, frequency and pricing are confirmed in a written service agreement before work begins.
Insurance & liability
National Building Service Inc. maintains full liability insurance and bonding on all contracted work. Certificates of insurance are available on request and clients may be named as additionally insured where required.
Cancellations
Recurring service agreements may be cancelled with written notice as specified in your individual contract. One-off and event bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a mobilisation charge.
Privacy
Information submitted through forms on this site is used solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation. We do not sell or share client contact information with third parties.
